About your water bill

We’ve been working hard this year to make sure we keep your water bills as low as possible whilst continuing to deliver the services you need every day.

Of course, each customer's bill is going to be a bit different as it all depends on what kind of services you get from us. For example, if your home is fitted with a water meter then you’ll pay for the amount of water you use, but if you don’t, you’ll pay a fixed amount for the year.

On your bill you’ll see a standing charge. This is a fixed charge which covers things like producing bills, and providing and investing in customer services.
