Water connections

Building or converting a property? Let’s get you connected to our water main.

beach huts

For developments where no new road is being built, we’ll provide a connection from our existing network that perfectly suits your needs and supplies safe, great-tasting drinking water all year round. You can find the applications forms in the 'Get connected' section, below.

Once you've applied and made the applicable payment, we’ll come and visit to check how we can best deliver your water and get back to you with an estimate for the connection work within 28 days. Our service partner handles the connection, which normally takes no more than 21 days (but do bear in mind, if the work is on a busy road, it may take up to three months as we’ll need to notify the local council).
