Monday – Sunday: 8am to 8pm
Report an out of hours emergency
If it's between 8pm and 8am you can report an emergency via phone. .
It's an emergency if:
- you can't use your toilet
- you have an urgent medical issue
- property is at risk
- there's a health and safety risk.
