Yorkshire Water asks customers to share their views at ‘Your Say’ events
6/30/2026
Yorkshire Water is inviting customers to take part in one of two ‘Your Yorkshire Water, Your Say’ online events on Thursday 9 July (6pm – 7.30pm) and Tuesday 14 July (6pm – 7.30pm).
The sessions are an opportunity for customers to directly engage with CEO, Nicola Shaw and the senior leadership team at Yorkshire Water.
Yorkshire Water is asking customers to join them in an open discussion about the company’s performance, investment plans and to share questions and feedback.
Four ‘Your Yorkshire Water, Your Say’ online events took place in November 2025 with almost 100 contributors taking part in the live discussions. The sessions are part of the company’s efforts to increase transparency and encourage greater customer involvement in its decision making.
Matt Pinder, Director of Customer Distribution & Collection, at Yorkshire Water, said: “We’re pleased to announce our third set of ‘Your Yorkshire Water, Your Voice’ online sessions as part of our ongoing commitment to have an open conversation with our customers.
“The sessions we held last year were invaluable in providing a space for customers to ask questions directly to our senior team. This dialogue helps us to get closer to the people we serve, to listen to their concerns and understand their priorities for improvement. This authentic feedback really helps us to understand your priorities whilst planning for the future.”
The event will be hosted by an independent third party, DJS Research Ltd, ensuring a safe and open space for all.
There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions during the sessions and if they can’t be answered at the event, participants are welcome to submit a question when registering and a written response will be added to the webpage.
Details of how to register for either Thursday 9 July or Tuesday 14 July can be found here: https://www.yorkshirewater.com/about-us/get-involved/your-yorkshire-water-your-say/
