Who's responsible for paying the water bill?

If water isn't included in your rent, everyone living in the student house is responsible for paying the bill.

You'll only need to set up one account for the student house, you won't need one each.

If you need to talk to us about your water bill, only the person named on the account (the bill payer) will be able to get in touch.

Can more than one person be named on the account?

Yes, we can put multiple names on the account. The names might not all be on your bill, but you'll all be able to talk to us about the account.

How will I be charged?

Rateable value

If you don't have a water meter, we'll base your bill on the rateable value (RV) of your student house. We'll send you a bill which you can pay in one go, but your best option is to make regular payments and tell us when you're moving out.
