DN1, DN2, DN4, DN6 - Low Pressure
We're making changes to our network to keep everyone's taps running during the hot weather. If you're in the area, you may temporarily have no water or low water pressure. There's no need to call us – we're working on it now. Thanks for your patience.
Some customers in Doncaster, particularly in the DN1, DN2, DN4 and DN6 areas, may be experiencing lower water pressure than normal.
The low pressure issues are a result of a huge increase of customer water usage in Doncaster - it's up 30% this week!
We're doing everything we can to get more water into the area.
We're tankering extra water in to some areas of the system and we've reconfigured some of the network, to try and maintain customer supplies as much as possible.
We've also got extra leakage teams in the area, finding and fixing leaks quickly.
What can customers do to help?
We know it's really hot, but if we can reduce the amount of water being used in Doncaster, it will really help make sure there's enough for everyone.
