  • S61 - No water or low pressure
We're really sorry but customers may have low pressure or no water because of a burst water main. Our teams are on site and working hard to get your water supply back to normal as soon as possible.

Your water, your say

Thank you for attending our ‘Your water, your say’ events.

We recently submitted to Ofwat our business plan for the period of 2025 to 2030 outlining a £7.8bn investment across the region.

As part of the business plan development process required by Ofwat, we held two ‘Your water, your say’ online sessions to present the plan and give our customers and stakeholders the opportunity to pose questions about issues that are important to them.

We want to thank all our customers and stakeholders who attended our ‘Your water, your say’ sessions. Please find the presentations and summaries of the meetings below.

Your water, your say – November 2023 event

The second 'Your water, your say' session provided an opportunity for customers and stakeholders to hear how what they said on the first event shaped our 2025-2030 business plan and raise any other issues that were important to them.
