Why are we asking customers in these postcodes to boil their water? 
We regularly check our drinking water to make sure it meets our high standards and during routine tests we’ve found low levels of bacteria in a small number of samples in the HG3 2 area. While we investigate this, we’re asking all customers to boil their water to keep everyone safe.  

We’re notifying customers who are impacted by text message, letters, our website. We will keep this webpage updated with any changes.
