The Developer Services Measure of Experience (D-MeX) is a standard set by Ofwat. It measures how well water and sewerage companies support developer customers when providing new connections and other services.
Ofwat's levels of service dashboard sets out a full list of D-MeX service metrics and quarterly performance results. These metrics show the levels of service you should expect from us; you can use the dashboard to understand how we're performing against them.
