Yorkshire Water conveyancing division achieves recognition

SafeMove, a trading arm of Yorkshire Water, is celebrating a number of significant award wins.  

SafeMove is the conveyancing search report division of the region’s water company. In the last 12 months the team have achieved: The Institute of Customer Service’s ServiceMark Distinction, British Quality Foundation’s Excellence Employee Engagement and UK Excellence awards, as well as a We Invest in Wellbeing gold accreditation by Investors in People.  

The division has 24 staff and produces a wide range of conveyancing search reports for solicitors and conveyancers across the UK who undertake residential and commercial property transactions within the Yorkshire and Northern Humberside region. Clients range from small solicitor practices through to national multi-branch law firms across the region. 

Of the award wins, Vicky Farrell, service delivery manager of SafeMove, said:  

“We are delighted to have achieve such fantastic accolades and be shortlisted for three British Quality Foundation awards. At the recent ceremony we had a finalist in the Emerging Leader category, as well as winning the Excellence in Employee Engagement and UK Excellence awards. 

“It is the third time we have won the UK Excellence award since first gaining the accolade in 2018. 

“We put people at the heart of everything we do at SafeMove, and to achieve these accreditations is testament to the hard work and dedication of the team.”
