Competency based interviews

If you are asked to attend an interview, you will be given a selection of competency-based questions to explore your experience against the criteria listed for the role.

You will also have the chance to ask us some questions about the role, the culture , the work environment, or any other area of interest to you. It is also a great opportunity for you to provide specific examples that demonstrate your skills and experience.

Assessment centres

You may be invited to attend an assessment centre, at these events you will be asked to participate in a number of activities these may include an introductory business presentation, site tour,  interview, presentation, group exercise, role play, ability or personality test. The main purpose is to assess your skills and experience in line with other candidates. You are likely to meet a variety of people across the business at these events, so please feel free to ask them any questions that you may have about the company.

At some point during the recruitment process, you may be invited to complete psychometric or personality tests which are designed to understand your ability, personality, skills and capabilities.
