80th anniversary of trig pillar monoliths that helped map Yorkshire

It has been revealed by Yorkshire Water that there are 454 trig pillars still standing in the region, 80 years since the first one was built by ordnance surveyors to help map Great Britain.

Yorkshire Water colleagues help the RSPB give nature a home at Fairburn Ings Nature Reserve

We believe the best way we can make a real difference to Yorkshire communities is through volunteering. So, in September this year we gave 36 colleagues time off from normal duties so they could help out at RSPB Fairburn Ings nature reserve.

Kelda colleagues, friends and family raise another £5,000 for WaterAid

108 colleagues from across Kelda Group ran 10km to raise money for WaterAid on Sunday (25 September).
