Essential safety improvements made at Stubden reservoir

We have been working on an essential safety project since October last year at Stubden reservoir, located off Long Causeway in Denholme. The £1.5m investment will ensure the 145 year old reservoir continues to meet the standards of the Reservoirs Act 1975.

We have just completed a project at Ardsley reservoir near Wakefield to improve access for disabled visitors and families who head there to enjoy a gentle stroll around the reservoir.

A survey has revealed that nearly all visitors to Damflask reservoir have a good experience, with 98% stating they leave totally satisfied from their day trip.
