Yorkshire Water recruitment open evening

We're hosting an open evening for trainee and experienced Leakage Inspectors on Wednesday 2nd May, 5.30 - 8pm at our head office in Buttershaw, Bradford, BD6 2SZ.

Yorkshire Water is undergoing a transformation. Our plans have our customers very much at their heart. We are growing our Leakage team with the recruitment of 100 new Leakage Inpectors and Trainee Leakage Inspectors in various locations across Yorkshire.

The role:

Working outdoors, you will work as part of a team to identify leaks using sound techniques. If you don’t have experience of this already we will provide full training. Shifts could include days, nights and weekends.

What are we looking for?

  • Good communication skills
    Effective team player
    A strong health and safety focus
    Numeracy and analytical skills
    A full valid EU driving licence

We offer:

  • Starting salary of £17,510 for trainees and a salary of up to £26,289 (dependant upon experience) for candidates with experience in leakage
