Low water pressure in York

Tap with running waterWe've had an issue with one of our pumping stations which pumps water to a number of properties around the A64 ring road, Askham Bryan to Dunnington, York.

Some customers were temporarily without water whilst we fixed the problem.  Water supplies have now been restored but it will take a couple of hours for water levels and pressure to return to normal.

Some customers may be experiencing problems with low water pressure while the system recovers.

We would like to apologise to customers for any disruption caused and thank-you for your patience.
