What is Direct Debit?
A Direct Debit is an instruction from you to your bank or building society authorising that we can collect varying amounts from your account for your water and waste water services.
We can only do this if we give you advance notice of the collection amounts, frequency and dates.
A Direct Debit guarantee is also provided, which means you'll get:
- An immediate money back guarantee from your bank in the event of an error
- Advance notice if the date, frequency or amount changes
- The right to cancel at any time
