Our training ranges from business skills such as influencing and presentation, to safety and IT courses. 250 managers and aspiring managers have recently completed our bespoke two year development programme to provide essential leadership skills including coaching for success, leading high performing teams, leading change, personal impact and influencing for results.
We support the achievement of further education and professional qualifications including the CIMA, CIWEM, CIPD, Post Graduate Certificate in Asset Management, and a range of business specific BTEC and NVQ qualifications. Self-directed learning through library resources, internet and our personal development centre is also encouraged.
Our learning isn't all about professional development. You will have regular discussions about your development and career aspirations with your manager and there are lots of opportunities for career progression if that is what you are looking for.
