Our starting salaries are amongst the most competitive in the sector,
£23,000 plus a performance related
bonus of up to
£1,000
a year. You can also expect salary reviews every 6 months whilst you're on the programme with increases of up to 13% a year. We also support professional accreditation for IWO or CIWEM qualifications in line with business needs.
