Your support on the apprenticeship programme
We recognise how challenging coming into a new workplace can be so we offer lots of support throughout.
Here are some examples of people who you can turn to for support throughout your development.
Your apprenticeship buddy
From the time when you are offered a place on the programme you'll be assigned an apprenticeship buddy. They will work in the same business area and will be available to answer all your questions both before and after you join - about any aspect of the scheme from a personal perspective.
Your sponsoring manager
You'll have met them through the
selection process and they will be your champion throughout the scheme. They are senior managers who are responsible for all aspects of the programme for their business area. They meet with you regularly to discuss your progress as well as your future aspirations (as these develop!) They conduct your performance reviews as well as your
salary review discussions.
