Our selection process is designed to look at your skills; the ways that you think and how you behave in different situations.
Our process is challenging as our goal is to make absolutely sure that the decisions made are right for you, the team and the business you will join. We're sure you agree that you want the decision to be the right one - on both sides!

Stage 1: Application form
Our application form enables us to understand your skills through competency questions as well as matching you against minimum criteria such as your GCSEs, right to work in the UK without the need for a visa and ability to drive.
Stage 2: Online test
We need you to be able to meet our standard of ability that we test with SHL verbal and numerical tests. We will send you an email with a link for you to sign up and complete the tests.
Final Stage: Assessment centre
The day will consist of an introduction to the company, this is where you will find out more about us as a company. Then it will be our opportunity to find out more about you, this will be through a competency based interview, a group exercise and a paper based exercise.
