Our site wide strategic water audit provides you with a complete picture of your site's use of water and effluent generation.Combining in-depth analysis of water, waste water and production data with practical on-site observations, our audit identifies how you could reduce water and effluent costs. We can also highlight opportunities to minimise product and raw material losses and to remove or reduce waste water generation at source.

What we do

Site walkover - an experienced auditor will carry out a detailed observation of your on-site processes, identifying areas of high consumption or wastage, plus cost saving opportunities.

Site data analysis- a detailed site data analysis will be taken including efficiency correlation analysis, analysis of production, water and effluent volumes and, where appropriate, concentrations.

Mass balance- a site-wide balance will be created, exposing unidentified losses and the costs associated with each component and identify the key cost drivers for your site.

Cost benefit analysis- opportunities will be identified for savings, showing payback periods and priorities by profitability.

Presentation of study- at the conclusion of the study we'll feedback our results in a format to suit your needs, whether it's a presentation to your management team, a full technical report, or both.
Domestic water audit
This audit gives you a complete picture of your site's water use for non-process functions like toilets, washrooms and showers, including a review of fittings to identify areas of high consumption or waste. We also include an assessment of opportunities for cost saving, together with a cost benefit analysis showing payback periods for the installation of water conservation equipment.
Our service includes a site walkover to review fittings and assess volumetric losses and areas of high consumption or wastage on site. This helps us establish exactly how and where conservation equipment might be used. Our report will present our results including a fittings survey, cost savings, budget analysis, prices and payback periods.
