Passive infra red (PIR) urinal controls- available in both mains and battery operated units, PIR controls begin a flush cycle whenever they detect a person and so reduce unnecessary water use.

Flow regulators -reduce the flow of water by fitting a device inside a tap or on pipework under the sink to ensure an optimal flow rate.

Cistern volume reducers- reduce water used during toilet flushing, particularly in older cisterns, by up to one litre. Available as flexible blocks filled with water, expandable bags or flexible rubber dams.

Sub-meters- monitor consumption in different areas to target cost saving measures with a permanent or temporary sub-meters. They're installed horizontally or vertically and come with pulsed output and an easy-to-read display. The pulse output facility allows connection to a building management system (BMS) or digital display.
