We can look after your infrastructure to reduce the risk of emergency repairs with our complete maintenance programme for your underground water and waste water infrastructure.
Prevention is better than cure so we always recommend planned maintenance to save the cost and disruption of emergency repairs.
However, if you do experience a problem, such as an underground leak or a blocked drain, we're here to provide a rapid response. Our maintenance of your assets includes:

Pipe sampling - cutting out a section of pipe to identify real or potential problems. We can complete this work 'under pressure' to avoid interrupting your supply.

Valve re-packing - undertaking repacking of worn or leaking valves to prevent major problems with your underground infrastructure in the future.

Reduced pressure zone (RPZ) valve testing and commissioning - testing RPZ valves and supplying a certificate to prove that your on-site equipment is compliant with water regulations.

Scraping and lining - removing deposits from the inside of water pipes and replacing the lining in-situ as a cost-effective alternative to pipe replacement

Sewer lining - repairing leaking drains and sewers by relining them in-situ to avoid costly replacement.

Tank cleaning - removing any deposits from water tanks and issuing a certificate of decontamination and bacteriological quality.
Jetting services
If you do have a blockage we can clear it quickly and effectively using high pressure jetting to avoid disruption. We can also prevent blockages occurring by removing the build up of deposits in sewers drains and interceptors and use high pressure water jetting to cut away tree roots to prevent flow obstruction. Using a vacuum tanker, we can clear blocked gullies quickly and effectively.
CCTV services
We can produce a full CCTV condition video survey of drains and sewers and identify any remedial works. If you've got a collapsed or blocked drain we can undertake a survey to identify the cause of blockages and other problems.
