Leeds Teaching Trust Health Check
We are about to begin providing further services for all five of the
Leeds Teaching Trust hospitals which will focus on the security of the water supply to all of the sites and help make them more efficient.
The ongoing pro-active project at Leeds General Infirmary, St James Hospital, Chapel Allerton Hospital, Seacroft Hospital and Wharfedale Hospital involves the use of the latest technology to help the hospitals better manage their sites water usage providing an early indication of any supply issues that could potentially cause problems.
All of the hospitals will also benefit from:
- A detailed
leakage detection survey which will investigate suspected leaks and any abnormal consumption data
- Four technical investigation days per year where our engineers carry out full on-site surveys of the sites water infrastructure
- Two yearly
water audits to identify locations where water could be saved
- An annual inspection of all hospital fire hydrants
By working with us the Trust will also receive a priority emergency leak repair service to further safeguard against any potential interruptions to their critical supplies.
